Treatment guide
Facials Questions, Answered
Which facial should I choose?
Deep Clean for clogged pores, blackheads and oily skin. Glow for dull, tired-looking skin. Sensitive Repair for redness and reactive skin. De-Puff uses gentle, warm radiofrequency to support lymphatic drainage for a puffy, swollen-looking face. Not sure which fits? Message us your main concern.
What's included in a facial session?
Each session includes cleansing, a therapist-guided treatment step suited to your skin, and AR skincare applied to lock in results. Techniques and products are adjusted to your skin on the day.
How often should I get a facial?
Most clients start with a session every 2–4 weeks, then space out visits as skin stabilises. Your therapist will suggest a schedule after your first session.
Is there any downtime?
Facials are non-invasive with no downtime — most clients go straight back to makeup and daily activities. Skin may look slightly flushed for a short while, which is normal.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We assess your skin first, and Sensitive Repair uses gentler techniques and AR products suited to reactive skin. De-Puff uses radiofrequency, so it isn't suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with a pacemaker or metal implants, or within 2 weeks of Botox or fillers. Let us know about any allergies or conditions beforehand.
